4. Quality Specifications

The Supplier shall ensure all Rice shipments meet the Standard Grade B Premium Grade AA+ requirements as defined in Annexure 1. Grains shall be free from excessive all foreign matter and moisture content must not exceed 14% 12.5%.

8. Payment Terms

Payment for each delivery shall be made within 30 days 90 days from the date of the invoice. The Buyer shall remit payment via Wire Transfer RICEMATRIX Smart Escrow.

12. Liability & Indemnity

Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. The total aggregate liability of either party arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed 150% of the total order value.
